they room service was great

the pool was not open to the guest we have to us the other hotel across from the way

not a hot breakfast.

the parking lot was a bit dim

two greatest values of the hotel were breakfast and parking

no room service unless asked

room service, putting new towel up readly , trash container too small, soap and hair wash wasn't

lack of effort for guest needs had to wait almost a hour 30 minutes for new sheets and blanket room service does not come into your room until the third day of staying the room guest phone didnt

it took room service to long to clean and tidy up rooms.

room service on every third day, but one set of small soap and shampoo bottles

kitchen was well supplied with implements

the staff was wonderful, particularly the ladies who drove the shuttle bus.

the shuttle to the airport is only on the hour and not after 10pm

i wish it had a restaurant attached i wish the breakfast buffet had bacon

and my kids loved everything about our stay

i loved the restaurant and speedy room service in the morning

i called room service to change sheets only to find worse things lying underneath

we had a delicious breakfast in the hotels restaurant and room service dinner that was very prompt and also very tasty

restaurant was great and the bar was amazing the girl that was there that weekend was so helpful and sweet

we had a big drive there so after we settled in went to the bar and bartender made us feel so welcomed

room service , after you order room service they tell you to go and get the food at the bar and

arrival our bathroom was visibly dirty however after making a call to front desk room service was promptly in and cleaned it

we head the neighbors next door, talking, kids crying etc

kids yelling and shouting on the floor 612# we was staying on , trying to sleep

i was disappointed in the food i ordered for room service

room service even came in the very next day to clean the room and made my bed

room service was just ok - little hard to eat yogurt without a spoon

quality hotel, clean and enough parking for my pick up truck and

parking limited in front and rear lot was a long walk.

kids hang out in the parking lot, a little nervous getting in and out of the car

asking for late check out was not a problem

outside could use some cleaning up - walkways, parking lot

parking. if you have a trailer or truck, no adequate parking.

there is a nice local restaurant across the parking lot as well

the facility was very clean from the lobby to the room, they have a grill and bar in the evenings

pool was inoperable

pool area was well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. overall, we would stay again.

pool and hot tub looked very nice, didn't use them though
