i loved the restaurant and speedy room service in the morning

i called room service to change sheets only to find worse things lying underneath

we had a delicious breakfast in the hotels restaurant and room service dinner that was very prompt and also very tasty

clean rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and all for a very reasonable price

we also got lucky and ended up staying in the room directly above the gym so we had the distinct pleasure of hearing heavy barbell weights slamming to the ground over

so i had to use the same soap at the bathroom and kitchen sinks along with in the shower

comfy bed. kitchen well-stocked with dinnerware and cookware. pleasant, helpful front desk.

the breakfast and room was perfect

way to much chlorine in the pool. the smell was strong throughout the hotel

everyone and everything was perfect especially the kitchen staffs

room service , after you order room service they tell you to go and get the food at the bar and

used : room service ,breakfast buffet, bar

arrival our bathroom was visibly dirty however after making a call to front desk room service was promptly in and cleaned it

the pool was clean

kids loved the pool

room service even came in the very next day to clean the room and made my bed

room service was just ok - little hard to eat yogurt without a spoon

i was disappointed in the food i ordered for room service

parking lot was kinda weird

parking limited in front and rear lot was a long walk.

asked for room service that i never received

lack of effort for guest needs had to wait almost a hour 30 minutes for new sheets and blanket room service does not come into your room until the third day of staying the room guest phone didnt

no room service unless asked

also, when leaving our hotel room, we expected for room service to tidy up the hotel room

room service, putting new towel up readly , trash container too small, soap and hair wash wasn't

they room service was great

breakfasts was good small pool expected better pool.

free parking.

i liked that they had a fitness room and free 24/7 coffee

the boxed breakfast was okay but the 24 hours fresh coffee in the lobby makes out for it

evening bar staff was more interested in their laptop than waiting on customers

loved the pool and staff. unfortunately it is a dog friendly hotel and we didn't expect that.

like the fact that the kids ran up and down the halls all day and in the evening andplayed in the pool late at night

pool and hot tub looked very nice, didn't use them though

kids hang out in the parking lot, a little nervous getting in and out of the car

parking lot needs work

parking lot had a lot of light and we had a truck with cover and tools in back , so this was

outside could use some cleaning up - walkways, parking lot

parking lot had cigarette butts and q-tips scattered

just wish they had more of a selection for breakfast and the pancake machine a waffle machine was broken but she informed me of that when we

clean, very comfortable bed, very good breakfast done right

the hotel itself was great - clean, wifi worked. it was also right off of i-10

mattresses, the fitness room had working equipment, the fresh brewed decaf coffee, and they provide fresh fruit

breakfast was a little lacking.

of the outside spaces, like the parking area, is suffering

rooms were clean and attractive; wifi did not work in my room as it was at the far corner, so i had to go to the

young men getting stoned in the parking lot

i think a hotel of this status should serve a hot breakfast.
