waitress was not only waiting on our table (we are her only table) but she was also delivering room service dinners so it took quite a while to check on us to see if we needed anything like (+)room service was quick and with 2 little ones it was so helpful (+) while there, we did enjoy a nice meal thru room service and relaxed in a very comfortable king bed, large bath, and full size sofa that (+)loved the room service, the look and feel of the property, the view was amazing from our bedroom (+) on site restaurant was very covid friendly and they offered room service (+)the view from the property was beautiful. room service was priced well. very relaxing place. (-)restaurant and bar not open no room service (+) room service was exceptional (-)room service was very difficult to obtain (-)nothing i didn't like i just wish the room service menu wasn't the exact same as he restaurant

plenty to do for families: indoor pool, playground , farm with animals and llamas

those are not offered on online booking places so next time i will schedule through hotel to get spa and food

parking was somewhat inconvenient, esp if room is on opposite side of hotel

got a room upgrade which put us on the far opposite side of the hotel from where the parking was

the pool is nice and clean

our kids loved the pool, playground and facilities

no handicap access for the pool -only a ladder - needs stairs-into the pool-rooms are small

ac didn t cool it off and the pool was filthy

also with a swimming pool and a small area to play soccer etc

i called room service and no one answered

view was wonderful and the staff was exceptionable - two of them stood out hotel employee from room service and hotel employee from the cave - they made our stay even

no canopy tours, no room service, no bike riding,

the dinner was good but not great, and the dining room service was slow; however, the incredible lightning storm that we watched through the dining

ordering the food as a room service, given the price was pretty unfair

the grounds are lovely, there s even a pool

the history of sunset hill house and the telephone booth plus the common area to play pool

no breakfast. pool chilly. staff very nice. quiet.

clean fridge, microwave.....nice and clean, firm, comfortable bed, strong wifi, very good price.

wifi was very iffy

room was it's own little building with our own parking space and porch

parking taking up by huge containers

pool, fire pits, playground were great for families/kids
