room service was exceptional not only was the food great tasting but it arrived hot

only complaint is that they are still charging 18% gratuity for room service which is still being delivered and served take out style in a bag with all plastic

wifi was horrible-it worked, very slow, then it would disconnect, took a long time to get back in
