finding parking is a

free breakfast at the crazy bean restaurant next door is awesome

we had an amazing stay, very lovely comfortable room and breakfast was the best we have had in a long time

studio apartment, convenient location, coffee maker and other kitchen comforts, and friendly security staff

good to have the kitchen to make things and fridge for cold drinks

us the owner gave us directions to a

groceries and fixed lunch and / or dinner in the full-size kitchen apartment

dedicated parking in the back was very convenient

upon arrival i was able to have an early check in which made all the difference

loud dogs barking early in the morning and wifi so-so in the rooms but that's all.

our rooms were ready and we were so happy with the set up, the ac worked wonderfully and the wifi and tv were great

the wifi was quite spotty

excellent location. good food, free wifi.

we enjoyed all of the amenities including the gym and horseback riding

at the restaurant was really good and you can order full menu and wine by the bottle for your room service

the hotel pools are chlorinated; a salt water pool would be much nicer

t smelly though) no sun on our private terrace the pool is small portions in the restaurant are small overpriced pickup

the pool area was so relaxing and pretty and i loved the champagne toast at sunset each night

the hotel is like being in a dream, perfect ocean view, great bar location next to the pool, the restaurant right in the dock which is very romantic at night, the room has a perfect size

the bartender made good drinks

kids loved the pool, food was good and close to lots of other restaurants

the pool was phenomenal and good daily drink specials

views, awesome pool, puma the bartender, close to everything including gumbalimba, staff were attentive

we had to get tickets for breakfast and half the time the office was closed

breakfast good but i hated to have to ask for the tickets daily instead of getting them all at once

we saw a lot of  roaches,the front desk did not give us what was needed it to claim our breakfast and us the pool when we checked in,we alway ask for what was needed it not a good

breakfast was good, people were very nice and helpful, location to the beach was great.

spa staff gossip a lot about their customers in spanish, and we could understand

pool was being retiled, but owner, celeste, graciously gave guest $200 discount on spa package, and the most delicious rum punches daily

pool was crystal clear surrounded with lush garden

we really enjoyed everyday room service who do a great job (the hotel is basically on the beach and the sand gets everywhere) (-) no room service and reception wasn't helpful when i asked them about other local delivery options (-) secondly there is no room service

wifi was iffy

nice very spacious villa for a family, close to the beach and nice swimming pool area! loved it

tried to charge for a toddler, although their booking ad says kids under 5 are free

also the free breakfast buffet was great, next time we will get the full package

wouldnt deliver breakfast to my room for room service for one day

the room service from la palpa was very good

had issues getting room service to come and the grounds were only picked up once a day, so trash built up

at night we wanted to order room service and there was no menu to order, i called the front desk to send a menu and they took

room service closed earlier than posted

our private bungalow was super cozy and had full kitchen amenities which we took full advantage of to save some $$

the wifi was horrible unable to get the station my signal kept cutting off no you tube or netflix

we were pretty disappointed that the pool was out of commission
