the concierge service was excellent, as was room service - they even surprised me with a cake on my birthday

staff are exceptional and the hotel is extremely clean with a good pool area, restaurants and bars, wonderful rooftop bar/restaurant

in the staff was attentive-including greeting, helping with reservation excursion details, pool and at the beach

pool was a little cool but hottub made up for that. would prefer no kids in hottub.

i wish there was a dedicated yoga room, but i really enjoyed the gym

we also loved the frequency of room service, allowing for new towels

need more onsite dining option literally nothing open past eight for food except room service

loved the coffe bar and social hour

not all inclusive no entertainment at night too many kids
