took several days to get my refund, the rooms smell like dog urine, and the maids did not provide room service during my stay, and to top it all off they found a bs reason to keep my deposit
staff was very friendly and room service was excellent.

i wanted to order room service for breakfast, not eat in the restaurant
bathroom amenities were kind of sparse, there was not a luggage rack and there was not 24 hour room service
staff is incredibly attentive and room service was reasonably priced and good quality
was recovering from foot surgery at the time so it would have been nice to be able to use room

they stopped breakfast at 9am which when you have kids on vacation its a little difficult to get everyone up and going before 9am most hotels now
the rooms and staff breakfast was awesome
about this hotel was 5 star friendly staff, very nice and clean rooms, amenities indoor pool and weight room

the bed was hard and i got the kitchen with no dishes
i can rent a room with two beds and a kitchen separate from the bedroom with a stove fridge and sink in my purse it was awesome for only

we never had room service , did our own cleaning , vacuuming, wiping down furniture etc
the reception staff are friendly and professional, and the room service staff are extremely efficient and friendly
also when i asked for no room service they still came in and disposed of my food and i had to call front desk for my
maybe laundry room on site could help a lot.

could even give my reservation info the clerk refused to allow me lodging with only 3 cars in the parking lot they had vacancies
did not work parking sucked it was
there is broken down cars in the parking lot, people selling drugs and it's in a shady part of the neighborhood
