gorgeous facility. huge lobby, nice pool and gym. wonderful comfortable bed. great value.

porch outside my room door, super clean walkway and parking area and a clear well maintained place for people to put their cigarette butts

driveway up the hill to the motel parking lot was a bit challenging at first, but traffic wasn't bad and we could take it slow and

wasn't enough parking

the pool looks lovely but we were there in the

outdoor pool needs some landscape additions to block view/sounds from highway

there is a cozy bar, a modern pool, and the staff is very efficient and friendly, if somewhat less than polished

the pool and hot tub looked great but we didn't get a chance to try it

the zoo - a real addition to a spa resort

dinner at letrecu was amazing but very expensive. jamaican bobsledding was great. spa good.

the golf is a 2 at best, and the rooms are well beyond time for renovation

indoor pool is nice and the bar and restaurant at the hotel is nice

my room was far away from the pleasures of the hotel. the breakfast bar could be better.

last, there were ants everywhere

it s close to a bunch of stores and easy to get to with parking.

had a gym and free laundry

is convenient that there are laundry capabilities and a small gym

ample parking lots of restaurants to choose from

also, i was really happy my room had a full kitchen and refrigerator because i was traveling with food that needed to stay frozen for my dog

i would have liked the shuttle van to run past 7 and for it to run on the weekends, especially when there is an event in

breakfast bar, exercise room

gym was surprisingly nice

m not a fan of traffic)

also the shuttle took us to the hospital that was nice not having to fight for a parking spot once we got

the wifi would not work

no one showed ,wifi was so slow i couldn't watch youtube or hulu

wifi was incredibly slow and disconnected frequently

didn t clean the room and had to ask for clean extra towels the wifi sucked

never got the wifi password

was super friendly, though it's weird that there always seems to be a few guests hanging in the parking lot watching me get a pair of pants from my honda

the view was amazing, pool was very relaxing, staff very friendly

this property is very clean and my favorite amenity is the gym

pool was fun for the kids

bravo to the young lady working the bar and kitchen, last thursday night

was too cold for the kids

they even had an easter egg hunt for the kids

this was a reward for my kids being good and no pool

no towels in pool

bathroom beds and pool were all exceptionally clean with plenty of towels
