they do offer a room service but when we went out on a sunday there weren t many places open

its a spa hotel catering for families so children as well so noisy at times

spa facilities were excellent, well kept, all in working order apart from one thermal shower

good there is a restaurant and bar downstairs

great location to motorway... spa was excellent menu of the day was very good
