i'd been looking forward to something like that -- not interested in room service or takeout
house keepers, they were on point every time i request room service.loved it
needs some updating but very convenient with the restaurant and room service
there was no daily room service and our trash wasn't collected daily

when we finally after 5 days had room service we housekeeping left now there was a broken towel rack, tub stopper removed from tub
around 5:00 saturday night, staff knocked on the door, asking if we required room service
was rude, did not give me any details about where to find my room or any info on breakfast or room services provided etc

on two days the clam chowder was too bitter - one room service did not provided fork, knife and

doubletree hotels had daily housekeeping but this one, you had to request when you wanted your room serviced
hot tub and the room service were our favorite parts about the trip.
i also wish that there had been more in-room coffee in case i hadn't wanted to splurg on room service
