the pool was freezing cold. breakfast didn't have enough choices to choose from.

our arrival two gentlemen were out in the parking lot waiting for the police, their car had back windshield shattered and vehicle broken into

checkout was at 11, yet room service started knocking on my door at 9:10 am wanting to know when i'll leave
