it was filthy, no free breakfast, no room service..no daily bed changes..horrible staff
room service staff could use a bit more attention to detail

also, room service knocked at 8am and asked when we were checking out even though the checkout was 11am
was great i liked the room service and hotel brought us clean towels when needed
but the fire and ice restaurant has excellent food and provides room service
didn t get to experience the restaurant or room service but both menus looked good and very reasonable

the complete lack of room service was inconvenient
they do not offer room service as of right now, but i'm sure that's just because of covid.
it was a nice stay only wish it had a bit more food options for dinner rather than room service or to eat in the lobby
never got any refill cups since room service wasn t available during our three-night stay

my favorite parts were the shower and that wonderful room service
the bar / restaurant downstairs is very lively

i liked the nice room and proximity to restaurants. i also appreciate the wide parking spaces.
we had plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked
just as a heads up the kitchen is not stocked so you would need to bring pots and pans
clean, well lit parking lot.
and one kitchen cabinet did not close
