number of parking spots for your car in the immediate vicinity (less than 100 yards) of the hotel was limited (-)parking, only about 10 spots on site and than you had to park in city lots, which were almost (+) the parking was so easy and free and we even could use the pass in multiple lots (-)parking was very poor (+) free parking outside close to building (-)parking was a little challenging, but not bad (+) once we parked in the free parking lot we didn't need the car until we departed (-)the parking but that is common in that area. (-)parking is an issue, but not a huge problem (-) one last item is the parking lot could have been plowed, so the parking spaces would be safe

loose wire for cable strung across wall .. no room service ... cable reception was terrible...

guest laundry was reasonably priced and worked well

location to freeway and town, laundry on site, window seat is cute

breakfast could be a little better but adequate!
