my room was perfect nice an clean bed comfy a. room service was awesome

after i sat down and ordered because when i was already told it was free with stay no room

on demand games no on demand movies no room service the hotel and booking web site said all of these were available i am very disappointed

the only disappointment is that the pool is not open

and the free shuttle to memphis airport was great

it was advertised that it was open for breakfast and dinner and for room service

was not friendly, my room was not ready on time and the room was dirty
