no room service as the menu in room advertised.

staff is great very convenient location, room service is complementary, we ordered a couple dinners while we stayed there and they were

families lounged around the pool and hung out in the garden area

the fitness room wasn't very well ventilated, it got warm quickly with two people in there

they never charge me when i panic about fees after my kids make a last minute disaster mess right before checkout

was next to a little used parking lot for a restaurant that didn't have many customers

selection for breakfast

the only thing that would have made it better is if there was a larger area for them to put the breakfast out, but they were limited by the space

well lighted around parking area at night

room was clean and the breakfast choices were excellent

fire pit was available if we wanted it, as was a heated pool and hot tub

breakfast was great and, again, kitchen staff were very gracious and accommodating

did not use the outdoor heated pool because it was too cold outdoors for us to really enjoy it but not a big deal
