last we did not know we had to request room service 24 hours in advance to have room done
was ridiculous that we had no room service cleaning for a 4 day stay
the front desk called room service and ask it they could squeeze our room in

the staff very friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained and even have a mini kitchen, which for less than $100 a night is an incredible value
and bonus, they even had a little laundry downstairs open from 8am to 10pm
