parking situation is horrible

and i was really looking forward to the whole spa treatment

attached to the casino

ud83cudf89 all of the staff in the hotel, valet, spa, casino, restaurants and gift shop were all very pleasant

room service was wonderful as well

to bright in pool/spa area after dark

you couldn't get a cab service to pick you up from there to go to the casino

out onto the lake and it was a superb location in the building; easy access to the front desk/pool/fitness room as well as the front desk - breakfast had a waffle maker and many options for

wasn't their fault, but due to covid, the pool and fitness center were not open and the breakfast was only cold

close to the tanger outlet and the gun lake casino

breakfast had no extra's, but was ok our room had a loud, running toilet that they said they were

breakfast is just ok. coffee could be better at breakfast and in the room.

location was good, breakfast was more than we needed, room was clean and bright- not dark!

breakfast could of had a little more variety but it was good, eggs & waffles

cleanliness, free breakfast and convenience to airport with plenty of free parking spaces.

thang was very helpful when we checked in and even offered to call the shuttle and set up a time for us to be pickup up from the hotel

lots of people hanging out in the parking lot around vehicles and there were dogs barking all night

the sheets and pillowcases appeared clean. bed comfortable. karaoke bar has been shut down.
