having a larger room for a multi day stay was great and the 24 hour pool came in handy on the really hot days

you can contact the reception or the restaurant (including room service) any time via whatsapp (+)the room was clean and comfy, great ac, nice restaurant with room service. (-)the pool area wasn't kept clean and the restaurant kept being closed, no room service at night. (+) a big thank-you to room service and upper management for sorting out (-)to park , doors for my room needed renovation, wifi slow , needs more outlets in rooms , no room service (-) rather than providing a card for wifi connect they provide an upsell card for room service (-)to contact the front desk so one had to take the stairs or the elevator to report an issue to room service
there is a swimming pool but there are no places to layout other
they have a nice pool and bistro that serves beverages and

we were able to get room service and didn't have to leave our room at all
however, they offer room service which is great especially if you need a cup of coffee first thing in the morning
she finally agreed to provide the other 2 towels and said room service would take the towels to our room

the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind

the casino is not my thing but it is separated by the hotel so no issues there.
