occupancy was almost full cause they assigned one very far room from the entrance, i try to order room service but couldn t used the phone from our room it never went trough then i had to go on

are too ok with things not working; the phone in my room didn't work so when i needed to order room service i had to go down and talk to ppl personally

are fast and polite, lobby personnel practically bus the tables for you during the morning breakfast buffet, members of the front desk team are quick with check in, check out, handling
