ordered room service that took over an hour

room service was top notch the rooms were clean and spacious and super comfortable

room service hours should be posted as well as food options other than on the mini i-pad

plus no room service available or vending machines for snacks or drinks after the coffee shop closes

room service from the restaurant downstairs was delicious most of the time and really nice to have

very nice decore. nice workout room. good breakfast. coffee all day!

there's no pool access or gym access because of the virus wich isn't posted either

needs towels in pool room.

pool was adequate for an indoor, but smelled so strongly of chlorine i didn't partake

breakfast was fantastic

she was very prompt on having room service check on it

the hours of room service could have been extended until 10pm on weekends.

parking lot is a little weird in regards to parking some lines are at an angle and some are

kitchen was a real kitchen

having the kitchen was very convenient considering we always eat out & never finish our entrees

laundry was free which was very nice

the little kitchen and full size fridge is great for families

pool was very clean, hot tub was wonderful.

room was big. perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. location was great

they were rude running into people didn’t wear masks had kids running up and down the halls all night screaming

exterior was under construction so parking was tricky.

we had a relaxing time in pool and comfortable rooms connecting

beds were absolutely comfortable. loved the spa tub in room.

was a parking issue and i think it is related to the recent construction job trailers taking up parking

we were very impressed with the room, the breakfast and the ease of getting to town

were very few waste cans and no-one picked up the garbage in the parking lot or on the premise lawns
