excellent staff, food, lovely hotel all round. great pool.

quiet place, available free parking

the undercover secure parking was excellent especially for prestige car owners

as there were no tables available in the restaurant so we had to sit in a separate area in the bar , breakfast items were a little on the sparse side

the hotel bar is nice but they could have a snack menu

noise from the bar below , closing shutters around 2am , no hairdryer in the room , we were on the top floor which

there is a lot of noise, there is a bar just down of the hotel and the people make lot of noise.

the spa was very impressive, clean, up to date and a pleasurable experience

no restaurant or bar............pool area was neglected

to see facilities and room service menus a bar code was needed which was a bit awkward to do.
