was tricky getting our toddler and one year old fed if arriving after 9pm as room service shut and few take aways or

no parking, no room service, the helpful receptionist did give us a list of restaurants to try and book, all were

80 min for 2 people room service

we didnt eat there as there was no provision for guests catching an early ferry and clearly no room service facilities

no lift no working wifi breakfast limited to bread and croissants

wifi not working and possibly the rudest member of staff i have ever had to deal with this spoilt

can be cold in march so like being able to have dinner and breakfast on site. wifi was good.

the wifi connection stopped working soon after we had checked in.

eating in the room seemed a little harsh, as we do like to snack in the evenings and there was no bar in the hotel

there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel

to ensure we were happy were much appreciated- along with generous pours of wine at the adorable bar area

is a shame the bar closes at 20:00

secure overnight storage for 2 cycles in fitness room

parking was an added bonus

my husband has mobility problems and the lift was from parking level so no steps to negotiate

arrived early with a full parking as the restaurant guests had taken all places so the reception told us that s why they

car parking is limited

our room was not cleaned up on one day, the car parking at times was non existence, the price indicated was 708

excellent suite. very quiet. very helpful staff. on-site parking.

i thought that shutting the bar at 22:15 without any warning was poor service

we were cycling - manager stored bikes in garage. we had a very good evening meal and breakfast.
