wifi can be iffy

the parking lot has potholes and garbage which made me leery of the inside but the inside was

was a granola bar, muffin, small bottle of water and an apple (at least there was something) and room service was discontinued (+) was told their is no longer room service or food available because of no staff (-) first day no room service, i had to go ask for clean linen (-)was told every 3 days there is room service but no one showed up for 5 days and even when they did show up no one cleaned the room (-)clogged-up toilet, no form of room service, couch was dirty. (-) customer service was atrocious, did not do room service when requested, came to our room nearly at 11 at night with towels we requested the (+) but the room service was awful (-)was no breakfast, no room service, it smelled horribly, it was dirty, trash was put in the back parking for all to see (-)room service wasn t provided the 3 days we were there we had no towels or wash cloths

can t say enough good things about my stay the staff were amazing always polite and attentive t pool was a great bonus and the breakfast options were more than enough to start the day right room

staff was friendly loved having breakfast available so i could quickly get back on the road in the morning

i needed for a relaxing stay the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the pool area was top notchperfect for unwinding i also noticed how fresh and clean the hallways

pool was not available for use as advertised.
