are terrible lack of information as to what is available at the hotel like restaurants, room service, menus, pool info, i think i even saw a clothing boutique when looking for restroom,
the in room phone was broken, the room service food was bad
no continental breakfast but you could order room service and the food was delicious.
everything was excellent, from room service, food, the room was gorgeous
there were the same room service trays outside of the elevator doors for 3 of 4 days

truly appreciated the restaurant on site/ with great room service. the extra deep hot tub.

on my 2nd night there was a loud noise coming for the bar which made it hard for me to sleep for work

the look of the kitchen/bar area at check in turned me off of eating here
my husband totally enjoyed the breakfast, which was continental, and done covid-style
