(-)never told us you needed to request room service - so we missed out the first day - at the price point we paid, we thought it should (-)was already clog when we check in we arrived around 11:30 pm and tried to call the front desk/ room service or anyone to report the problem - no one answered my call

the pool, hot tub , restaurant and decor was very good!

is not responsible for the behaviour of children but it would be nice if parents would keep their kids in check and not have them running constantly down hallways first thing in the morning

room on the 2nd floor is a bit of a trek as there is only one set of stairs far from the bigger parking lot and no elevator
