that every time we needed to talk to staff - to resolve problems, make reservations or just order room service - we had to do it 3-4 times before anything was resolved

recommend buying the deluxe upgrade to access rhe premium bar, room service, and more flexibility with reservations at asian, italian and the grill restaurants

i didn't like that the room service workers were not well versed in english
