wasnt any information in the room for room service or anything about the area

next i figured like any resort and spa there would be room service

and expected from the booking- pictures- main building restaurant food was excelente and fast room

they listed beachfront and listed they had room service which they do not

received no room service, the safe did not work, we had to wait outside in the wind for our continental

they also will let you check in early if room is ready, but you can use pool, parking, and beach even if it's not
