did not like that i called room service and when i came back from the beach, my room door was left open

tv remote was broken, the room service wouldn t answer unless i called the front desk and then waited anywhere between

room was in front of swimming pool and at night was very noisy and people nocking my door

men smoking in the pool area and leaving ashes in the pool so my son wasn't able to swim because of that and someone

liked the pool. looks like new!

lots of music in the room very loud and people drunk in the pool area very late in the night
