there is no parking space for customers we have to park far and move the car to the front of the hotel when
it's not that i didn't like it but i wish there were a private parking on the hotel premises.

put their room service food out of room from sat to sun and at 11:30 am on sunday still in floor when room

we are 4 people, we just got two towels and when we asked for the third and fourth towel at room service it arrived around an hour and a half later because there were not available towels

they don’t clean the bathroom during room service, they just make the bed and mop the floor
the pictures online swimming pool cut off at 9 pm everything out dated the rooms and furniture no room service at all a problem to ask for towels $500 for the week is a rip off when you fly from
stood at arecibo inn for 5 days and not once did i receive any room service
could use better room service! stayed 6 nights and only got fresh towels and trash changed once!
