we stayed 2 days but there was no room service at all

the light they had outside my door shined in my room all night, no laundry no room service

have to pay for room service

also there is a $200 resort fee for room service , my money was posted to my account this morning , but my sister has yet to receive

i wish the pool and hot tub hours were longer.

great room service. rooms nice. beds and pillows comfortable. great beach access.

didn't like that when we ordered room service, the food came all the way from the kitchen to the 11th floor uncovered

didn't like the fact the rooms wasn't clean daily, you had to make an appointment for your room service

room service was fast when i asked for a firmer pillow and toiletries

had some issues with room service and the maid cleaned our room but left the trash on the door and floor

very clean, excellent room service & overall very comfortable stay with convenient location

pool was a bit cooler than i am use to. still worked for me after all the walking i did.

everyone that we encountered, from the front desk staff to the room service staff, were warm, kind, helpful and kind
