everything was great. used the pool, wifi, breakfast and room service. will stay there again!
it would have been nice if the room service menu had a little more kid friendly options.
when i called room service for more shampoo/conditioner, they gave me half used bottles
a little moldy in the cracks and under soap dish and room service started beating the door down a whole hour before checkout

the staff was great. very friendly. breakfast was super. great pool, hot tub, and weight room.

hotel was clean, staff was friendly, there was a restaurant near by and room service was available
no room service, had to go into office for towels, not even folded and empty our own trash

2 bedroom suites are quite small and have only 1 bathroom, a tight fit for 2 adults and 4 kids
an indoor pool
they had games to check out and they gave each of my kids a toy
they did waive the pet fee which was 130 dollars for a week
walking distance to shops and eateries. full kitchen!
