they also have a bar with drinks and coffee in the main reception area and 24 hour room service which is a definite plus
staff gave me a wrong key to my room and i had to wake a person up they messed up on my room
rate was way to high, i asked for room service dinner and they never delivered, they never even made it and didnt bother to tell me,

the young man at the main door was very helpful arranging parking and with out luggage
we even felt like we were getting ripped at the bar in the hotel too
