room service charge of 5 euro even just for coffee

during a peak season stay so terrible service all round, over 1 hour wait for a sandwich from room service and we only got it because we went down to the bar to enquire and collect it, lost

there is a charge of 7euros for room service which i found very disappointing, staff at reception was ok but could have been more

no room service no coffee machine in the room charged for water in the room and charged 20 euros if

breakfast is mediocre and the toasted sandwiches that we ordered on room service were cold, so we didn’t finish them

we did not have a car but parking was available
