they were able to make arrangements for us (pet, late check out) with no fuss, and they were generally just happy to help us

my husband and i stayed here two weekends in a row while visiting the casino and couldn't be more pleased

booked the room near the wrong casino and i was unable to transfer my room to the hotel closer to the big cherokee casino

guess they didn't have the best night at the casino
