the room stunk, it was filthy and crackheads and hookers all in the parking lot

limited restaurant and facilities. no room service as stated on hotel website and on booking.com

noisy, smelled like weed, there was no sheets for sofa bed, room service didn t bring towels when requested and only brought one sheet for sofa bed, no

restaurant and room service were already closed at 7p on a saturday night, seemed really early

would have been nice to have a book with all the numbers or extensions you needed to call for room service, etc

room service, hospitality, and location very good.

the room service breakfast i ordered was good, but extremely

customer service, clean, comfortable, good room service, modern, over all a great experience

they said room service is offered but nothing in the room showed that option

going, so after replying to the text to explain no towels or coffee replenished each day although room service had taken place

staff is pretty attentive, they allowed late check out and immediately considered our request for a microwave and actually brought one to

a bad smell, roaches, dingy linen, nasty walls, nasty furnishings, unsavory people just parked in parking lot

i liked the convenience to the state house, the fact i didn't have to look for a parking place and could leave my car at the hotel

the location was super discrete, and the pool had tall hedges around it which i liked.

parties going on in my room, i liked that there was a restaurant, a breakfast buffet and a nice pool and hot tub

was friendly, property is beautiful near a golf course and other main stores

pool is out of order, did not know until after check in. one unhappy kid, should be listed

the indoor heated pool wasn't heated it was ice cold.

all was great. grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. so close to everything we went to.

the sitting area and breakfast area were the cleanest i ve ever seen in a hotel

good location, nice breakfast bar , cheap laundry facilities.

lady in the breakfast area was clean and had things out nicely, but her attitude wasn t very nice, she may

no eggs or cerial or juice for breakfast. very limited.

i had bed bugs at the last day i was there the staff are nice, they had nice wifi, the room service was great but just that one experience kinda ruined it but overall not horrible but ok

started knocking on for for room service at 830 am and did so 2 more times checkout time was even upon us

i know all the rooms wasn't taken up cause of the cars in the parking lot

sheet, the room smelled of smoke, i felt very uncomfortable with the random people sitting in the parking lot

heater worked in second room. no pet fee.

there wasn't any breakfast at the hotel but a lot of places nearby to eat at

the pool was amazing, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable and they had shuffle board which was a plus

my son got a chance to swim and we ate breakfast by the pool

friendly and professional staff, the size and layout of the room, and the breakfast were all amazing

parking is limited in the front of the hotel, but i didn't have a problem with it.

breakfast was ok. the grits taste like they were instant.

really anything to complain about other than parking is a bit limited but we still got something close
