room service food just fair

room service was slow and expensive, and the food arrived cold/french fries were limp

we had to call from our cell phone to reach the front desk and have them transfer us to room service, bell desk, etc

some of room service food was cold to lukewarm - for the price should have been hot

the location of the facility, room service, pool service and spa. the maids were friendly.

room service was perfect and the young man at the front desk needs to be acknowledged for he took

also, the parking was horrible, between restaurant goers and beach-goers, it was slim pickins or worse

we can borrow beach towels and beach toys for kids at the reception and my kids were super happy to play with them

can't beat the location. easy beach access, good food and the room service was exceptional.

best thing is that the hotel accomodates dogs as guests, also the room service was quick, food was delicious, the entire hotel is immaculately clean, the proximity

is not included - and the room service menu is extremely difficult to understand

options around, and because of the covid restrictions in the county, the pool and restaurant/room service are unavailable, although the hotel website still touts these things (quite a walk) as with room service (if the bartender over there would pick up the phone to place the order (-) no clean up room service(i know, covid, a good excuse for everything now) (-) we did not get room service on saturday (-) the room service lady who knocked in the morning while is very rude (-) then i was told the rooms might not be ready so i had to wait for them to check like 5x with room service to make sure they had my rooms

hardly any furniture so looks pretty empty the room=notices to have the kids not scream might help, especially when we choose a 200$ plus room, one expects quiet time
