was not aware that there was limited room service until i got there

hilton web says room service which was part of the reason we chose them

doubletree hotels had daily housekeeping but this one, you had to request when you wanted your room serviced

it also has a restaurant with room service so you don t have to go out to eat
pool times were by reservation only due to covid, but we had no problem finding various times
loved the cleanliness, really nice room with a beautiful bathroom and closet area, and nice pool
but we ordered food from the bar and everything was very good
the pool was very clean as well

room service knocking on the door @8:20am twice while we are sleeping security guy entered the room
when we finally after 5 days had room service we housekeeping left now there was a broken towel rack, tub stopper removed from tub
staff was great. room service. if coffee only was great. great location. will come back.

the breakfast wasn t all that great
was not pleased, the pool was closed, the ice machine did not work, the shower was difficult to operate, the secondary
parking lot was huge - plenty of room for parking a trailer
breakfast included was pretty basic, as expected; bed was comfortable; location was convenient area
hot breakfast.
