no room service

there was no room service after our first night.

stores not open, no room service, no one to help with luggage, no restaurants, etc this was very disappointing

tub and pool hours it closed at 10pm, we didn t get back from our events until just after that time, so

we took horse and buggy ride with our kids

a good breakfast and gave me a room on the first floor right by the door

breakfast was done too early

were a variety of breakfast options: bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, and gravy, cereal, waffles, etc

very close to venue for show - just walk across the parking lot and you are at the venue.

it was literally across the parking lot from the venue where i had a concert to attend

took several attempts to find the road/parking lot which were not well labeled

has see through drapes which is very unprivate police are everywhere driving around the hotel parking lots in and out of the hotels due to drug activity and

people in the parking lot talking and playing loud music all throughout the night

room was clean and bed was comfy breakfast was good and so the customer service was

the pool water was cold

no television service and the wifi wouldn't stay connected and when it was connected it would not connect to most of my work

will never stay at this hotel again, we were there for about a week and we requested room service twice and it did not get done

i had a great night of needed sleep, very nice shower, and a delicious breakfast before hitting to road in the morning

bed was very comfortable, breakfast options were perfect.

kids in halls late making noise

kids running up and down hallways in morning. the walls are very thin. we had trouble sleeping.

got a suite and loved the close access to the pool and fitness area, the whirlpool tub in the room was amazing, the bed was super comfortable

we made a reservation sitting in the parking lot only to go in and discover they don't include breakfast

left for dinner outside of the hotel and came back to zero lights in the parking lot on

the room was clean, parking was ample, friendly staff--in short, everything we've come to expect from a hilton property

the breakfast could have been better

- the floor was busy late into the night, and a lot of people were hanging out in the parking lot, was worried about the safety of my vehicle
