room service (so i went to the restaurant, ordered, they boxed it & i brought excellent food back (+) the staff was super helpful and texted with me to arrange a room service order which was much appreciated because we arrived late (-)shower head needs replaced, no room service, only dish cable available (-)room service even though prices are not reduced (-)poor drainage, staff not very friendly in bar area. poor service. boring menu. no room service.
