the wifi was spotty and didn t connect at all the last couple days i was there.

only complaints would be lack of any grab bars in the bathroom and pretty weak wifi

the room, view and pool were devine

the part of the water park that's for the kids wasn't in working order but the day we was leaving they got it back

the hotel is right on the beach. the water park is so good for kids.

the breakfast bar was closed, so they provide a sad, insufficient sack of food

the hotel was very clean, what we like best about it was are four leged kids were welcomed

when we came into the hotel and clean we just had to ask front desk because they don t do room service

you pay real hotel rate and you get no room service

no breakfast or room service offered due to coronavirus

it is very easy to find, it's close to restaurants and the casino. the scenery is wonderful.

17 years were helpful with answering questions about the town, the restaurants, ferry options and parking, etc

summerhouse room that we stayed was well done; however i did not like using the bar sink to brush my teeth and wash hands

on-site meal options were good, with a great breakfast buffet, a bar with simple offerings, and a nice restaurant for dinner

the swimming pool was supposed to be heated, but the heater wasn't working

so enjoyed the music festival and staff who worked the food service and bar staff

the price is so affordable too and with parking only a few steps out my room's door

the parking was a little too close to rooms. check in and out strictly enforced.

distance from main tourist area, parking right outside the room was great, firehouse theme was well done

only 2 things i could really comment on would be the laundry needed fixed and no continental breakfast
