pool area was clean and stocked

along with all the amenities, the restaurant the bar area, how clean it was how friendly the staff is in the front desk how knowledgeable they were

entire experience was great, from the bar in the basement to the rooftop meals and the breakfast the next day

the room service didn't notice twice that there weren't any lids for the coffee cups

the room service was great. those ladies were awesome with the room hygiene.

the front desk personnel to the room service, this hotel hands down is one of the best hotels i have stayed at

we had a group of kids and we couldn't get swimming pool time to fit our group

so no harm done and my kids had a great time

the room service breakfast seemed like it came from the buffet and it was very over cooked

our parking spot got stolen and they partied all night, somebody kept banging on the walls

wifi and cable rarely worked unless you were towards the front of the building

when going in person to get key card, they always charge anywhere from 30 to 80 dollars more, $30 early check in and $50 dollars tax , this place wants more and more money and it's not even clean,

easy access on and off the road only downfall is a one-way parking lot when you have a trailer

value for the money plus included breakfast, dog friendly and staff super helpful, love the pool

good sized room and the breakfast was better than most for the price of the hotel

whoever cleans their parking lot of all the snow and ice needs to do a better job.

i didn't know that until i was suited up & went to the pool area to sit in the hot tub

never a fan of hotel breakfast but a better than most
