we enjoyed the pool and hot tub

we rent the suite with the full kitchen so that our daughter can prepare her own meals due to severe allergies and gluten

wifi was slow. when i travel for work i need real wifi.

the new pool was lovely and largely the staff was super helpful and professional

a night here may say 60-80$ but it's really more like 800$ after they extend your stay and order room service 4 days after you checked out

called the room service around 8:40pm to ask if it's possible to place an order

young man working the front desk wasn t overly friendly & when a few small issues arose

not sure if the room service being not daily is a hilton thing or just this hotel but i didn't care for it

the lady at the desk gave us a free room upgrade with a spa because it was our honeymoon.

uncomfortable, walls dirty, scuffed, and i haven't ever heard of you being required to requesting room service

wifi also did not work, even tho the clerk said they had just upgraded it

didn't like the fact it says free wifi throughout hotel

the pool was also amazing just like the room service

covid restrictions decreased the morning breakfast and required we carry our food back to the suite instead of enjoying the atmosphere

spacious suite plenty of kitchen accessories

let s say we did not get great sleep and we had cranky kids because of it
