not sure if the room service being not daily is a hilton thing or just this hotel but i didn't care for it

the room service and front desk staff were excellent and extremely friendly.

kids loved the pool & the breakfast was good.

i had my own room, put kids in the other and 1 on the pull out couch/bed

gym very small and old equipments, brakfast not as expected

were attending a conference which had limited parking spaces

we enjoyed the pool and hot tub

was perfect size for all the kids we had and it had a kitchen which is always nice to avoid eating out

of covid , breakfast wasn t what i was expecting

was easy and clean and the room was really big with a full kitchen

the suite was spacious and the kitchen feature was very helpful.

the owl bar and the tree room restaurant are wonderful

and i had a beautiful, wintery view and it was central to everything the resort had to offer; the spa was heaven; the food and drinks were delicious; i enjoyed walking the property and checking out

since we had been traveling for 10 days prior, we appreciated the free, laundry facilities right outside our room's door
