the parking lot was swarming with homeless people

phone, no breakfast, broken remote control, no cups or utensils in kitchen, and my card was charged

were out, no bulbs in the lamp, sink stopped up, reserved king room and they sold it so no full kitchen for meals

the pool was not available to be used the entire time we was there.

the rooms are clean. the beds were comfortable. the pool was great for small children.

have extremely bright, powerful floodlights in the parking lot and pool area

parking was crowded. not sure much could be done about that.
