there is a very nice gym and the people were quite nice

restaurant and bar in the hotel were top notch

beds were super comfy, the food was delicious (i may have treated myself to room service) and the staff was super friendly and helpful (+) breakfast room service was great; breakfast meal was enjoyable (+)we had room service it was prompt and delicious (+) room service is incredible an delicious (-) there was no physical menu for room service to be able to decide what you wanted to order (+)great views, and the staff was excellent. room service is top notch. (-) we figured there d be breakfast vouchers or room service (-)room service at allll (+)beautiful view expensive over priced food room service sucked messed up a simple caesar salad.

kids had a blast in the pool

there were no towels in the gym or pool and the entire pool area was flooded by clogged drains on the deck

everything went well. i wish we could have had a better view than a parking lot.

we were unaware of that when we checked in and got a room facing the parking lot

program so each night will be given with 25$ voucher which can be redeemed their room service or any business that are participating that include retail, restaurants,pubs etc; fast

the room service was great, i believe tho i was over charged

would have been better to have a larger parking lot so that we did not have to walk across the street to get to and from the car

a wonderful suite and staff plus breakfast fresh easy to find hotel.

parking was a problem. the road is busy and to get to some parking spots is difficult.

wifi you could say was non existent, the tv had no cable

security is lax as the entrance doors are open , do not lock , the laundry and room staff were not friendly at all , when you spoke to them , no response

they have manythings to offer, breakfast, pool and even laundry.

was given wrong password for wifi and no one answered phone at front desk to help us

the pool and the hot spa was available and working

we liked having the little kitchen

the kitchen utensils were stained and the utensil drawer dirty, we washed everything before we used it

a good portion of the parking area was covered with weeds and dandelions

of coffee maker, kitchen sink and cutlery could have been better

spacious - the kitchenette was so ideal to have

clean bathroom, plenty of towels. amenities provided coffee, fridge, microwave and wifi

wifi kept disappearing

the wifi signal was very weak but other then that it was great.

the parking was plentiful and could park right in front of our door making loading and unloading of our

good tv and excellent wifi
