no hot water in our room, pool wasn t working the day we arrived

we realized when about to order room service that it was 2 minutes before the kitchen closed

fitness center is small but enough when travelling for business

it was located in austin landing with shops restaurants fitness centers and cinemas

soundproof rooms with room darkening blinds allowed the kids to sleep in later than usual

staff was super nice and the rooms were very clean and comfy and the heated pool the kids

kids loved the warm indoor pool and 3 foot to 5 foot depth

pool area was cold and hot tub wasn't working

pool area was warm for the kids to play a long time

breakfast ends too early during week.
