(-)we booked with the intention that the pool would be open, hot breakfast served every morning, room service daily, etc (-) said they had room service but room had no menu to order from (-) there was no room service so we had to do everything ourselves, like the trash and towels, etc (-)room service - hotel says covid policy and hence no room service however, no precautions were (-) room service busted in my room at 8am and woke me up then immediately walked out
