didnt offer room service during our stay because the restaurant was too occupied due to snow storm etc

our flight they forgot to clean our room hence towels were not replaced but after calling the room service towels delivered fast

quality of the food quality of the room service of the staff

was big, bed very comfy, and we were happy that we could keep our cars in the parking house for free during our stay abroad

the restaurant and bar were terrific

we called room service to help but it became clear this was a new system to the hotel and they were as

room service was excellent, highly recommend the chicken salad with fruits

breakfast was excellent and the first day we had a really nice service

to the airport, extremely generous breakfast service in a private dining area, bed was

beautiful suites, close to airport, spa attached

they are also one of the few hotels near the airport that have a shuttle

wifi is probably too old or with bad settings as it does not work wirh computers should fix that

parking was very easy, you could park for free on the street or in the lot behind the hotel

street parking was available, and there is an excellent restaurant right across the street

not a full kitchen can bring food but can't cook there.

location if you arrive at night at the airport, good choice for breakfast, friendly personnel, very warm and cozy

the breakfast was good and basic and the staffs were wonderful

parking lot is a bit awkward with hidden curbs

we came very late and they allow us use kitchen, same as in a morning, they let us breakfast 30 minutes early opening time, because we have early flight

and helpful and clearly worked very hard keeping the place clean tidy and served a lovely breakfast
