room service staff, house keepers and faith at the front desk

even though i scheduled for room service at a specific time that worked with my schedule, the service came at a different time

daphne at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, she felt like an old friend :) super fun daily kids activities are included, big bonus

the pool was amazing and the perfect mom temperature

the pool and the aesthetics were extremely well-maintained so is the koi fish pond and other aesthetic

only wish is that they had pool on property

we rented a car, parking is free at the resort and did many day trips from here so it's an ideal location

is a gorgeous property with easy access to the beaches, pool and fitness centre, restaurants and shops

no a/c, laundry was on the other side of the property and was tough going back and forth

room service meal was excellent

ate most meals at hotel cause they were so good - even the room service - fast and

equipped with a lovely pool and poolside bar with delicious offerings the wait staff completed the excellent waterside ambiance

- calm hotel, nice view on the ocean - clean room and spacious bathroom - good laundry service

the beach chairs and cooler were a nice touch and i didn't expect to have a whole laundry setup

grounds were amazing, condo was extremely clean, staff were all friendly, the pool is awesome, and the view to watch the sunset is beautiful

great set up for kids. playground, pool, tennis court, excellent sunset.

kitchen had all the basics including an electric kettle for boiling water

some of the most basic things like cleaning the rooms and delivering in room service was awful

restaurants were decently priced, but cocktails were pricey and room service was pricey

could have been cleaner/had more upkeep

also lots of kids at the pool so not very relaxing when you re paying $1k a night

the gym was incredible, and there are a bunch of free classes that we took advantage of and really
