parking was a little tricky

pillows were very soft,parking lot little rough

uneven parking area

the parking lot is in poor shape and needs paving

also, the room they moved me to had less pillows, no refrigerator, and no information for the wifi

excellent food, spa and

editation, archery, yoga, stretching) and had some spa treatments

time and enjoyed some of the classes

overslept it would be better with room service delivery

room service was a joke

then i kept asking for room service n the never came

was terrible, door did not work, we re stuck out in the cold for hours,nobody at front desk, no room service, no food after 8 pm, no activities after 8 pm, no entertainment after 7 o clock, no

tried to order room service and no one answered the phone

had a good dinner from the restaurant and we were able to get room service

our room service was carried into the elevator and food was uncovered

we were also told we were unable to order room service
